Everything, from the finest culatello to the humblest pickled mushroom, comes from heroic realities, rare gems that produce artisanally within an industrial world, with awareness, respect for nature, time, and traditions.
In addition to our platters, available throughout the day, we offer a tasty lunch menu that includes ‘pinse,’ gratinated toasts, and salads, always with the utmost care in product selection.

To ensure impeccable products, the Zavoli family produces both the grains and forages for their animals on the same farm, creating a self-sufficient, ecological, and natural reality. All products are finally crafted on the farm in an artisanal way, adding only salt and pepper to the recipes and without any chemical additives. The result? Exquisite, genuine cured meats that melt in your mouth… you have to try to believe!
The platters come with a selection of pickles and fresh bread.
